  2. Boiling honey: Pour honey into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Once it starts to foam, remove from heat and let cool. Repeat this process 2-3 times until the honey thickens. Add powdered sugar at the last stage.

  3. Mixing: Add chopped walnuts to the boiling mixture. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon for 3-4 minutes until the mixture turns golden.

  4. Shaping: Transfer the hot mass to a wet wooden board. Roll out with a wet rolling pin to the desired thickness.

  5. Cutting: Before the gooseberry has completely cooled and hardened, cut it into diamonds with a hot knife.
